Ensure a Time Slot for God

Making sure that you designate time for God on a daily basis is so important in our daily lives . The more time we spend studying and meditating on God’s Word the more connected we become with Him.

"MEM. O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day . . . I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation."

Psalms 119:97, 99, KJV

Believe it or not , we are able to meditate all day if it’s our heart’s desire by seizing the little moments where we have down time to read and study God’s Word. For example , as a teacher one of my lost desires times to meditate & study God’s Word is during my students nap time !! It’s nothing like having quiet time with the Lord to give you a boost in the middle of the day!

Psalms 119:2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

So, Let’s strive to meet God on a daily basis with our whole heart! He has nothing but time for us , but we too must make time for God!

Fo you think a doctor would keep you as his patient if we always stood him up and didn’t make time to go to our appointments? No ! And would we keep a doctor who was never available when we desired medical treatment? No !

Making time for God sets us up in a position to be blessed & connected to the source from where our blessings flow!

I have come to realize quite simply that God is out father and that He desires for us to see him and visit him everyday! So how many time slots have you secured for God ! Happy Tuesday
